Maschinenbediener (m/w/d)

  • Technisches Verständnis und räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Logisches Denkvermögen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick / gute Feinmotorik Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fachbezogene Ausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Medientechnologe Druckweiterverarbeitung oder Industriemechaniker, oder ausreichend fachbezogene, nachgewiesene Praxiskenntnisse von großem Vorteil
  • Improvisationstalent und Fähigkeit, unübliche Wege zur Zielerreichung zu finden
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Einrichten, Umrüsten und Bedienen von verschiedenen Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Vorbereiten der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und der Maschinenfunktionen
  • Inspektion und Wartung der jeweiligen Maschinen in regelmäßigen Abständen, um die kontinuierliche Betriebsbereitschaft zu gewährleisten
