# ## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen – und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert
  • Alternativ erste Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung, bzw. im CNC-Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3 Schicht oder 4-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, eine hohe Arbeitsmotivation und Teamfähigkeit bringen Sie mit
  • Grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse zum Verstehen von Anweisungen und zur Kommunikation im Team

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen von CNC – Drehmaschinen
  • Durchführung von SPC – Messungen
  • Umbau des Nachschubs mit Hilfe des/der Einrichters/-in
  • Erkennen und Beheben von einfachen Produktionsstörungen
  • Mithilfe bei Festlegung der Werkzeugwechselintervalle, zusammen mit dem/der Einrichter/-in
  • Mithilfe bei Prozessoptimierung und Kosteneinsparung
  • Wechsel von Werkzeugen, die mit dem Tiefenmaß gemessen werden
