  • Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Baden-Baden suchen wir ab sofort einen CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Abkantpressen
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben
  • Vermessen von Teilen (Erst- und Letzteilprüfung) und Durchführung laufender Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten
  • Werkstücke (Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächenbeschaffenheit etc.)
  • Erkennung und Behebung von kleineren Störungen im laufenden Bearbeitungsprozess
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen von CNC-Programmen von Vorteil

Stellenanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Abkantpressen von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in CNC-Programmierung
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erfahrung mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-Betrieb)
