Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Überwachung moderner Anlagen
  • Optimieren der Maschinenabläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung inkl. Rüsten
  • Qualitätskontrollen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Sauberkeit & Hygiene im Produktionsumfeld
  • Mitarbeit in der Reifenfertigung oder Vulkanisation
  • Materialtransport und Anlagenbestückung per Hand

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Idealerweise Vorerfahrung in Produktion oder Kunststoff/Kautschuk
  • Führerschein B hilfreich
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse
  • Schichtbereitschaft (rollierend)
  • Motivation – ideal auch für Quereinsteiger
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch B1–B2
