Ihre Aufgaben

Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen
Rüsten und Einstellen von Maschinen
Durchführung von Produktionsfreigaben
Sicherstellung der Produktqualität nach Prüfvorgaben
Behebung kleiner Störungen im Produktionsablauf
Dokumentation von Produktions- und Prozessdaten
Versorgung der Anlagen mit Material
Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten
Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen
Durchführung von Schichtübergaben

Unsere Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Maschinen und Anlagen
Technisches Verständnis
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prüfmitteln und Qualitätskontrollen
Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Grundkenntnisse in Wartung und Instandhaltung
Kenntnisse in Lean Production und 5S-Methoden
SAP- oder ERP-Grundkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
