Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), langfristig mit guter Übernahmeoption, 3 Schichten, für Wipperfürth. Ausbildung nicht erforderlich. Für ein international erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen aus dem Raum Wipperfürth suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeitende, die Teil eines innovativen Produktionsumfeldes werden möchten. Unser Kunde entwickelt und fertigt seit Jahrzehnten hochwertige Spezialkabel und Verbindungslösungen für Zukunftsbranchen wie Medizintechnik, Robotik, Automobilindustrie und Luftfahrt

Das erwartet Dich

  • Stundenlohn: in den ersten 6 Wochen € 15,33 bis Ende des 3. Monats € 15,55, vom 04. bis 08. Monat € 15,84, ab dem 09. Monat € 17,40
  • Zulagen, Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Steuern und Bedienen der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Prüfung der produzierten Ware
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Dokumentation und Buchung im ERP-System
  • Vorbereitung der Produktionsmaterialien
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Dein Profil

  • Erwünscht ist eine abgeschlossene, relevante, gewerblich-technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung
  • Bereitschaft zur Mehrschicht-Arbeit
  • Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
