Die WMH GROUP GERMANY ist ein internationaler Handelsspezialist für Aluminiumprodukte. Wir fertigen Bleche und Platten, Profile, Rohre und Stangen für alle Branchen - gerade auch für diejenigen, die die höchsten Ansprüche Stellen, z. B. die Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie. Wir suchen bis zu 2 Maschinenbediener/innen - Band- und Kreissägen von Aluminiumprodukten im 2-Schichtbetrieb:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ein- und Auslagern von Rohmaterial aus automatischen Hochregallager
  • Einlegen des Rohmaterials in die Maschine, sowie Ausrichten und Spannen der Teile
  • Einstellen der Schnittgeschwindigkeit und Vorschub an der Säge
  • Nach Vorgabe Einzel- u. Serienzuschnitte tätigen
  • Kontrolle der Länge, Winkligkeit und Oberfläche mit z.B. Messschieber, Rollmaßband, Flachwinkel, Anschlagwinkel
  • Überwachung des Sägeprozesses,
  • Wechseln von Sägebänder und -blättern, sowie Nachfüllen von Schmierstoffen
  • Vorbereiten und Verpacken der Teile für den Weitertransport
  • Offensichtliche Schwachstellen im Arbeitsablauf erkennen, ggf. beseitigen bzw. Vorgesetzten informieren
  • Ihr Profil:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung nicht zwingend notwendig
  • gerne Metallfacharbeiter mit Ausbildung oder ähnlich
  • abgeschlossene Aubildung dennoch nicht zwingend notwendig
  • handwerkliches Geschick und mehrjährige Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Früh- und Spätschicht
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Anschlag- und Lastaufnahmemitteln
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
