Wir suchen Sie in der Region Hude als

Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) im Kunststoffbereich

Aufgaben

  • Maschinenbedienung: (hydraulischen Pressen (Hydrap), CNC-gesteuerte Kantbänke (LVD), Metallkreissäge
  • Maschineneinrichtung: Maschinen nach Vorgaben rüsten und für optimale Einstellungen im Fertigungsprozess sorgen
  • Bearbeitung nach Vorgabe: Arbeit nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Materialfluss: Handling und die Weitergabe der gefertigten Bauteile innerhalb der Produktion.
  • Qualitätssicherung: prüfen der gefertigten Teile und sicherstellen das Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung im Metallbereich – z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pressen, Kantbänken oder vergleichbaren Maschinen
  • technische Zeichnungen lesen und sicher in der Praxis umsetzen.
