## Ihre Aufgaben

  • CNC Anlage bedienen nach Vorgabedokumente
  • Arbeitsplatz und Anlage nach Arbeitsplan einrichten
  • Beschichtungsanlagen (CNC) nach Vorgabe einrüsten
  • Beschichtungswerkzeuge instandhalten
  • Messen und Prüfen der Oberflächen Güte von Turbinenschaufeln
  • Qualitätssichernde Aufgaben, wie Prüfwerte im System eintragen und Auffälligkeiten oder Beanstandungen melden
  • Abkleben von schützenswerten Bauteilflächen
  • Prüfung von Arbeitsmaterialien und Werkzeuge auf Beschädigungen oder Verschleiß
  • Fertigbauteile dem weiteren Fertigungsschritt weiterleiten/bereitstellen
  • Turbinenschaufel Oberflächenbearbeitung mit Handgeführten Schleifmaschinen

## Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Thermischen Beschichtungsverfahren und in der Bearbeitung von Metall
  • Erfahrung mit Handgeführten Schleifmaschinen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und bereits Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung hochlegierter Metallwerkstoffe
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht) wird zwingend vorausgesetzt!
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
