Deine Aufgaben:

  • In der Fertigung bedienst du Anlagen wie z.B. unsere neue Cobot-unterstützte Rundbiegemaschine.
  • Du montierst Serienfertigungen, aber auch Muster und Prototypen, nach den Vorgaben in technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Außerdem schweißt du und kontrollierst die Qualität der Schweißnähte.
  • Damit unsere Arbeitsmittel lange optimal funktionieren, reinigst du deinen Arbeitsplatz regelmäßig, nimmst ggf. unter Anleitung kleinere Wartungsmaßnahmen vor oder unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen bei Reparaturen.

Es wäre WOW, wenn Du das hier mitbringst:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Metallbauer*in, Maschinenschlosser*in, Industriemechaniker*in, Anlagenmechaniker*in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Es ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss, wenn du bereits Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung hast und technische Zeichnungen lesen kannst.
  • Idealerweise bist du auch mit dem WIG-, MAG- und Widerstandsschweißen vertraut.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B1/B2).
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (normalerweise arbeiten wir im 2-Schichtsystem, bei Bedarf fallen auch mal Nachtschichten an).
  • Außerdem bist du ein*e echte*r Team-Player*in mit handwerklichem Geschick und einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein - alles andere bringen wir dir bei!
