Zur Unterstützung suchen wir Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) Schweißroboter Stahl/Alu

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Einrichtung von ABB Roboteranlagen
  • Roboteranlage bestücken mit diversen Klein- und Großbaugruppen
  • Reinigen, Schleifen, Verputzen der geschweißten Baugruppen
  • Prüfen der Schweißnähte auf Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Vervollständigen der begleitenden Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Laufende Verbesserung des Produktionsprozesses unter Einhaltung bestimmter Normen und Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schweißkenntnissen
  • gute Kenntnisse im MAG-Schweißen sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • gutes Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen und schweißtechnische Symbole
  • ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Dreischichtmodell Mo-Fr)
