Wir suchen ab sofort Mitarbeiter (m/w) für die Stanzerei für unseren Standort in Buching

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständige termin- und qualitätsgerechte Fertigung von Stanzteilen
  • Einstellung der Werkzeuge und Anlagen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Zuverlässige und kompetente Durchführung der notwendigen Mess- und Prüfaufgaben
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fertigungsstörungen
  • Erstellen und Durchführen von produktivitätssteigernden Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.B. Werkzeug- oder Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Lesen von Technischen Zeichnungen (Form- und Lagetoleranzen) sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse
  • Sonstige Eigenschaften: Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
