  • Manuelles Wickeln von Transformatorenspulen nach Fertigungsunterlagen unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen moderner Wickelmaschinen, inklusive Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungseinrichtung
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Wicklungen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Qualität und Übereinstimmung mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an Wickelmaschinen und Fertigungsanlagen im Transformatorenbau
  • Dokumentation von Fertigungsabläufen und Prüfergebnissen zur Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Produktionskontrolle
  • Unterstützung in der Montage von Transformatorenbauteilen, inklusive Materialvorbereitung und -bereitstellung
  • Einrichtung und Anpassung von Wickelparametern zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Spulentypen im Transformatorenbau
  • Einhaltung von Produktionsplänen und Terminvorgaben zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Fertigungsprozesses
  • Ihre Vergütung

Unsere Niederlassung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Wir stehen Ihnen von Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr und am Freitag von 08:00 bis 15:00 Uhr jederzeit persönlich, telefonisch unter 03 51 / 4 49 05 - 0 oder per E-Mail an [email protected] zur Verfügung.
