Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktions- und Industrieanlagen
  • Durchführung von Probeentnahmen im laufenden Produktionsprozess
  • Auswertung und Kontrolle von Produktionsproben nach Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Einstellen und Nachjustieren der Anlagenparameter anhand der Messergebnisse
  • Sperrung von Produkten für die Weiterverarbeitung oder Verladung, wenn Qualitätsparameter nicht eingehalten wurden
  • Prüfung und ggf. Ablehnung von angelieferten Produkten, wenn die üblichen Sicherheitsvorschriften oder Qualitätsvorgaben nicht eingehalten werden
  • Sicherstellung, dass im Verantwortungsbereich auch von Fremdfirmen und Werkstätten die gültigen Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben (persönliche Schutzausrüstung, Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien) eingehalten werden
  • Arbeiten auf Kontischicht - Planbar, Arbeitsplan für das ganze Jahr
