  • Programmierung: Erstellen, Testen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Maschine.
  • Fertigung: Produktion von Einzelteilen und Serienfertigung nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Prüfen der gefertigten Teile (Messung, Sichtkontrolle) und Durchführung von Korrekturen.
  • Wartung: Pflege und Wartung der Werkzeugmaschinen zur Sicherstellung der Funktionalität.
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung: Werkzeuge auswählen, vermessen und rüsten.
  • Terminüberwachung und Kontrolle der Auftragsbearbeitung.
