Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Kontroll- und Servicearbeiten an Produktionsmaschinen und Haustechnikanlagen
  • Fehlerursachenanalyse, Störungsbehebung und Durchführung von Reparaturen
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Einstellen moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der laufenden Produktionsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Maschinen- und Werkzeugwechseln
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Produktions- und Maschinenstörungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten
  • Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktionsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Lehre (z. B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbautechnik, Mechatronik, Zerspanungstechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung bzw. als Maschineneinsteller:in
  • Kenntnisse in der Maschinen- und Anlagenbedienung
  • Überstundenbereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit sowie Wochenendarbeit
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein B
