AUFGABEN

  • Rüsten und Einstellen von mechanischen Folgeverbundpressen nach Produktionsplan und Abstimmung mit dem Abteilungsleiter
  • Überwachen und Betreuen des Produktionsprozesses und Korrekturen aufgrund von Störungen oder Abweichungen
  • Bemusterung von neuen Produkten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung laufender Qualitätskontrollen an den Produkten nach Prüfplan
  • Koordination der Werkzeugreparaturen mit dem hausinternen Werkzeugbau
  • Vorbeugende Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Einhaltung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Abteilung

PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine abgeschlossene Lehre in einem Metallberuf
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von mechanischen Pressen, Stanzen oder
  • Folgeverbundwerkzeugen
  • Staplerschein erforderlich
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Dokumentationen und abteilungsübergreifende Absprachen
