WAS WIR VON IHNEN ERWARTEN

  • Technische Ausbildung (Lehrabschluss, HTL-Fachschule, ...), oder entsprechende Erfahrung als Maschineneinsteller_in Bereich Spritzguss und Extrusion
  • Technisches Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe, um die auftretenden Störungen und Fehler zu erkennen
  • Schichtbereitschaft (2er Schichtbetrieb)
  • Führerschein B und eigener PKW

IHRE AUFGABEN IM DETAIL

  • Selbstständiges Umbauen, Einstellen und Umrüsten der Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen (Spritzguss/Extrusion) + Führen der Maschinenprotokolle
  • Vorbereitung der Produktionsanlagen für eine effiziente Produktion unter Einhaltung der 5S-Richtlinien
  • Kontrolle und Optimierung der Rüstprozesse, Maschinen und Spannsysteme
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Überwachung der sicherheits- und umwelttechnischen Richtlinien

ENTLOHNUNG

Der Monatsbruttolohn für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 3.200,-- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung lt. KV Facharbeiter, Überzahlung möglich. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung hängt von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ab und wird in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch festgelegt.
