Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

-selbständiges Einrichten/Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen

-Optimierung und Anpassung bestehender CNC Programme

-Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards

-Durchführung von Maßkontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen nach Zeichnung

-Werkzeugauswahl,-voreinstellung und- wechsel

-Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen

Kenntnisse:

-abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

-Erfahrung im Einrichten von CNC Maschinen von Vorteil

-Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik (Sinumeric 840D/Fanuc)

-sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

Arbeitzzeit 40h im Zwei- und Dreischichtbetrieb
