Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Bestückungsanlagen, idealerweise
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sowie technisches Verständnis für automatisierte Fertigungsanlagen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Optimieren von Bestückungsanlagen
  • Durchführung von Materialbuchungen im SAP sowie Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung
  • Einstellen und Optimieren von Maschinenparametern sowie Justierung von Kamera-, Laser- und SPI-Systemen
  • Behebung von Maschinenstörungen, Werkzeugwechsel (z. B. Pipetten) und Durchführung von Erststückfreigaben
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten, Durchführung von Schichtübergaben sowie Unterstützung bei der Koordination des Produktionsteams
