Deine Aufgaben

Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen zur Metallbearbeitung
Einstellen und Anpassen von Maschinenparametern nach technischen Vorgaben
Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses und Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs
Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen an gefertigten Werkstücken
Erkennen und Beheben von Fertigungsstörungen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
Durchführung von Reinigungs- und einfachen Wartungsarbeiten
Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Das bringst du mit

Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, beispielsweise in der Metallverarbeitung
Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen ist von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen wünschenswert
Eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, sofern erforderlich
