Zur Unterstützung unserer Papierproduktion an unserem Standort in Metzingen suchen wir zum baldmöglichsten Zeitpunkt einen flexiblen und teamorientierten Maschineneinrichter Papierverarbeitung (m/w/d).

WAS SIE BEI UNS ERWARTET:

  • Einrichten, Überwachen und Reparieren von papierverarbeitenden Maschinen sowie modernen Roboteranlagen zur Herstellung von Schutzverpackungen
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln und Rüstvorgängen an den Anlagen
  • Unterstützung des technischen Managements bei der Einführung und Optimierung neuer Produkte und Technologien
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung für die nachfolgenden Schichten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d), gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus den Bereichen Kfz-Mechanik, Handwerk, Montage oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeldern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Modell sowie zu regelmäßigen Fort- und Weiterbildungen
