Für den Standort ENDINGEN AM KAISERSTUHL suchen wir in Vollzeit einen

## Maschineneinrichter Serienpressen (m/w/d)

## Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schichtleiter eine effiziente, störungsfreie und termingerechte Produktion sicherstellen
  • Bedienen und Einrichten von halb- und vollautomatischen Stanzpressen zur Herstellung von Stanz-, Umform- und Dekorteilen
  • Beseitigen von Störungen und Problemen in der Produktion
  • Einführen und Unterweisen von Mitarbeitern an Maschinen
  • Sicherstellen der rechtzeitigen Materialversorgung
  • Verantwortlich für eine strukturierte Schichtübergabe nach vorliegender Checkliste
  • Mitarbeit in der laufenden Produktion
  • Qualitätssicherung und Durchführung von visuellen Qualitätskontrollen
  • Qualitätsdokumentationen, Erstteil- und Wiederholungsprüfung nach vorgegebenem Prüfplan

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Stanz- und Umformmechaniker o.ä.
  • Erfahrungen im Bedienen von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3er-Schicht)
