Maschineneinsteller im Bereich Stanz- und Umformtechnik (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Rüsten von Exzenter- und Hydraulikpressen und Stanzautomaten und überwachen der laufenden Serienproduktion
  • Fertigungs-/Qualitätsprüfung nach Prüfvorschrift
  • Werkzeugüberwachung: Eigenständiges Wechseln und prüfen auf Funktion
  • Wartung und Sauberkeit der Werkzeuge und Bearbeitungsmaschinen

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Werkzeugbau, Metall)
  • Kenntnisse beim Einrichten von hydraulischen Pressen, Stanzautomaten und Exzenterpressen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der Funktion von Stanz- und Biegewerkzeugen wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft für neue Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
