Wir suchen ab sofort Maschinenfahrer m/w/d

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bedienen von Teilen einer Produktionslinie oder Anlage (z.B. Verpackung)
  • Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung des Grundzustandes der Ausrüstung und zur Produktion benötigter Hilfsmittel
  • Selbständige Durchführung aller notwendigen Arbeiten inkl. Formatwechsel, Störungsbehebung und Reparatur, um die Produktionsanlagen auf dem entsprechenden Produktions- bzw. Sicherheitsstand zu halten
  • Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Störungen sowie von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in den entsprechenden Systemen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Quantität der herzustellenden Produkte und entsprechender Dokumentation nach Produktionsplan
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Standards nach Aufgabenstellung im Rahmen von Verbesserungsteams
  • selbständige Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Sauberkeit, Funktionserhalt, Vorhandensein von Werkzeugen & Hilfsmitteln
  • Bereitstellung von Materialien und Übernahme von Transportarbeiten
  • fachgerechte Ver- und Entsorgung von Roh- und Packmaterial, Fertigprodukt, Chemikalien, Hilfs- u. Betriebsstoffen
  • Kommunikation von Zielabweichungen zu vor-/ nachgelagerten Stellen und Prozessstufenverantwortlichen
  • erarbeitet Verbesserungen in seinem Arbeitsbereich in den Bereichen Qualität und Sicherheit
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Technisches Verständnis für Prozessablaufe & Fähigkeit zur systematischen Problemlösung
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Deutsch fließend in Sprache und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
  • EDV Kenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Gute Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Abteilungen
