Wir sind ein modernes Produktionsunternehmen im Bereich der Bimssteinindustrie. Mit innovativen Technologien und einem motivierten Team sorgen wir für höchste Qualität und nachhaltigen Erfolg. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Maschinenführer (m/w/d) .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Rüsten, Einstellen und Umrüsten der Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Behebung kleinerer Störungen sowie Meldung größerer Probleme an die Instandhaltung
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich (z. B. Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker, Produktionsfachkraft) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (falls relevant)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Steuerungssystemen von Vorteil
