Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Bedienen, Umrüsten und Steuern der Verpackungsmaschinen
  • Kontrolle der Maschinen vor dem Start, Feinjustierung der Anlagen sowie Eingabe der erforderlichen Daten
  • Durchführung von Kontrollen während des Produktionsprozesses und Probennahmen zur Sicherstellung der Qualität
  • Wechsel der Artikel, Behebung von Störungen und schnelle Problemlösungen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Vorgänge
  • Selbstständige Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur der Maschinen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Industriemechaniker, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Mechatroniker, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Maschinenführer, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Verpackungsbranche
  • Eine selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick, um Aufgaben zuverlässig zu bewältigen
  • Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein bei der Arbeit, damit alles reibungslos läuft
  • Bereitschaft, im Dreischichtsystem (Wechselschicht) zu arbeiten – Flexibilität ist hier gefragt!
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
