  • Werden Sie Teil eines traditionsreichen Produktionsunternehmens in Leer. Gesucht werden Maschinenführer \(m/w/d\) für die Möbelproduktion. Sie starten über Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Option auf Übernahme und profitieren von einem tariflichen Stundenlohn sowie attraktiven Zusatzleistungen.
  • ###### IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen nach gründlicher Einarbeitung
  • Eigenständige Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Möbelteile
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und Unterstützung bei Produktionsumstellungen
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
