Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Papiertechnologe Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise in der Papierherstellung
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Gutes technisches Grundlagenverständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen und MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in einem vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystem

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortliche Steuerung, Überwachung und Kontrolle von Teilprozessen in der Papierherstellung
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- sowie Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik und Instandhaltung bei Störungen und Wartungsstillständen
  • Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Papierherstellungsbereich
