Dein Arbeitsalltag steckt voller Abwechslung:

  • Du richtest unsere Autogen-Schneidanlagen ein, rüstest sie und bedienst sie sicher im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du liest technische Zeichnungen und setzt diese präzise in der Fertigung um.
  • Du überwachst die Schneidprozesse und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du führst Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln durch.
  • Du kommissionierst Material und bereitest Fertigungsaufträge sorgfältig vor.
  • Du dokumentierst Aufträge und Bearbeitungsschritte nachvollziehbar und gewissenhaft.
  • Du übernimmst die Pflege, Reinigung und einfache Wartung der Maschinen.
  • Du achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Bearbeitungsmaschinen mit, idealerweise im Bereich Autogen- oder Brennschneiden.
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und Arbeitspläne zuverlässig umsetzen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln um.
  • Du hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in CNC-Steuerungen und einfachen ERP- oder BDE-Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Schichtsystem und sprichst gutes Deutsch.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und ein echter Teamplayer.
