  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Rüsten und Einrichten der Maschinen nach Produktionsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während der Fertigung
  • Wartung und kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse und Meldung von Störungen
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung z.B. als Maschinen und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinstieg möglich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen wünschenswert
  • Als Maschinenführer (m/w/d) bringst Du technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick mit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Engagement
  • Persönliche Anforderungen:
  • körperlich belastbar
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation
  • Flexibilität sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
