GfA-Dichtungen ist ein modernes, mittelständisches Produktionsunternehmen mit europaweitem Vertrieb und Service im Bereich Dichtungen für neue und alte Bauelemente.

Wir suchen genau Dich, per sofort in Vollzeit (38 Std. – Früh- und Spätschicht). Einen engagierten Maschineneinrichter (m/w/d), der mit Energie und Präzision Dichtungsprofile auf modernen Anlagen produziert.

Du bist motiviert, hast Lust auf etwas Neues, Du suchst etwas Langfristiges, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen – Extruder.
  • Einrichten und Einfahren der Extruder mit den entsprechenden Produktions-werkzeugen zur Herstellung von Dichtungsprofilen.
  • lfd. Qualitätskontrolle auf Beschaffenheit und Maßhaltigkeit.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Du hast eine technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Du stehst auf Genauigkeit
  • Du hast Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist teamfähig

Arbeitszeit und Vergütung:

  • Vollzeit 38 Std./Woche, 28 Tage Urlaub (Heiligabend und Silvester sind frei)
  • Arbeitszeit: Frühschicht von 06.30 – 15.15 Uhr oder Spätschicht von 10.15 – 19.00 Uhr, alle 4 Wochen erfolgt eine Woche Spätschicht
  • 12 Monatsgehälter, plus Weihnachtsgeld, der Einstieg erfolgt ab 16,50 €/Std.,
