Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Druckmaschinen
Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
Durchführung von Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen
Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Was bringst du mit?

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen, idealerweise im Druckbereich
Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an Weiterbildung
Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst aktiv mit an und übernimmst Verantwortung
Durchsetzungsvermögen: Du kannst Entscheidungen treffen und diese klar kommunizieren
Vorbildfunktion : Du lebst Qualität und Effizienz vor und motivierst andere
Wünschenswert : Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung und Lean Management
