  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Unternehmen und Künstlern realisieren wir individuelle textile Printveredelungen – von der Beratung über Designentwicklung bis zur kompletten Produktion und Logistik. Auf über 5.000 m² Produktionsfläche in Halle (Saale) arbeiten mehr als 120 Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Sieb-, Digital- und Transferdruck. Wir suchen Dich als Maschinenführer (m/w/d) in unserer Siebdruckproduktion!

Aufgaben:

  • ▪ Verantwortung für ein Team von drei Mitarbeitenden und einer Druckmaschine
  • ▪ Eigenständige Organisation der Mitarbeitereinsätze und Produktionsabläufe
  • ▪ Erteilung von Druckfreigaben und Sicherstellung höchster Qualität
  • ▪ Schnittstellenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z. B. Grafik, Farbküche, Trocknerkoordination)
  • ▪ Analyse und Beseitigung von Engpässen („Zeitfresser“)
  • ▪ Enge Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung

Qualifikation:

  • ▪ Technisches Verständnis, Berufserfahrung und idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Druckbereich
  • (z. B. Medientechnologe, Drucker, Anlagenführer, - m/w/d- )
  • ▪ Freude an Teamarbeit und klare, motivierende Kommunikation
  • ▪ Qualitätsbewusstsein, Präzision und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • ▪ Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • ▪ Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • ▪ Gute Deutschkenntnisse
