Ihre Rolle

  • Präzises Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik-Bauteilen gemäß Toleranzen, Oberflächenqualität und Prozessvorschriften
  • Auswahl, Aufbereitung und Wechsel von Läppmitteln, Schleifscheiben und Spannvorrichtungen; Prozessparameter-Optimierung
  • Überwachung der Oberflächenqualität durch Messungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei Einsprengeln, Verunreinigungen oder Oberflächenfehlern; Zusammenarbeit mit QA zur Freigabe

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse bzw. ergänzende Weiterbildung im optischen Bereich
  • Fachkundig im Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik
  • Mess- und Qualitätskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Oberflächen- und Profilsichtmessung, Dokumentation von Messergebnissen, Beurteilung der Oberflächenqualität und Einhaltung von Toleranzen
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, präzise Kommunikation von Abweichungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtsystem
