Requirements

Duties

• •Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and tension.
• •Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• •Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
• •Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
• •Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
• •Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.

Skills

• •Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy.
• •Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• •Familiarity with medical terminology related to occupational health.
• •Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• •Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• •Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to tailor treatments accordingly.
• •Experience in a med spa environment is a plus but not required.
