  • Erst einmal sind wir eine völlig normale Physiotherapie-Praxis mit den üblichen Leistungsangebot (KG, MT, MLD, ZNS). Ach ja, KGG, personal Training mit Outdoor-Käfig und betriebliche Gesundheits-Kurse etc. bieten wir auch noch an.
  • Wir kümmern uns also mit viel Leidenschaft um unsere Patienten*innen und deren Bedürfnisse. So weit, so gut.
  • Allerdings steht bei uns nicht nur der*die Patient*in an erster Stelle, sondern ebenso der*die Mitarbeiter*in.
  • Aus diesem Grund gibt es extra eine Kollegin, die für das Wohl der*die Mitarbeiter*in eingestellt ist. Welche Sorgen/Nöte gibt es, welche Abläufe oder Prozesse müssen angepasst oder optimiert werden. Nur ein/e zufriedene*r Therapeut*in kann auch gute Arbeit leisten.
  • Unsere Mitarbeiter*innen dürfen sich frei entfalten, die verrücktesten Ideen mitbringen und diese dann auch umsetzen. Selbstverständlich sind auch Fortbildungen gewünscht und möglich. Deine Arbeitszeiten werden von dir mitbestimmt.
  • Dinge wie kostenloses Obst, Firmen-Kreditkarte, Team-Meetings, Tablets zur Dokumentation, Bonus-Zahlungen, etc. gehören bei uns mit in den Alltag.

Der ganze Büro-Kram wird dir von unseren beiden Kolleginnen und Herzstücken an der Rezeption übernommen. Der Dreh- und Angel-Punkt der Praxis mit guter Laune Garantie. Du kannst dich also ganz entspannt auf deine Patienten und Therapie konzentrieren.

Und fast vergessen – freitags verabschieden wir uns alle um 13 Uhr ins Wochenende – das haben wir uns nämlich verdient!
