Your love for matcha, deep understanding of tasting notes, and knowledge of Japanese culture will be key in delighting guests, educating them about matcha traditions, and ensuring every sip is special. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality matcha to customers
Share tasting notes and educate customers about matcha varieties
Communicate clearly and effectively to engage and entertain customers
Bring enthusiasm and passion for matcha to each customer interaction
Incorporate Japanese language and culture into the customer experience where appropriate
Requirements:
