We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Materials professional to ensure accurate inventory control and the timely flow of materials throughout production. This role manages inventory transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and material verification while maintaining accurate records in Oracle. The successful candidate will coordinate material replenishment, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure production teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently and without interruption. What You Will Do

• •Manage Inventory & Material Flow: Coordinate material replenishment for work orders using inventory analysis and pivot tables to ensure parts supermarkets remain properly stocked.
• •Control Material Accuracy: Verify raw materials, labels, bags, and supplies against work orders and maintain accurate inventory transactions in Oracle.
• •Maintain Inventory Records: Record scrap, returns, additional materials, and other inventory movements in Oracle and electronic order systems.
• •Perform Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory variances, and partner with Production and related departments to resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• •Ensure Material Availability: Monitor supply levels and deliver materials to production cells and staging areas to support uninterrupted operations.
• •Receive & Store Materials: Verify incoming materials and ensure all inventory is properly identified, organized, and stored in designated locations.
• •Maintain Container Identification: Ensure all containers holding production materials are properly identified and traceable.
• •Support Inventory Integrity: Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Inspectors to analyze inventory errors and maintain accurate material counts throughout the production process.

What You Will Bring

• •Education: High School Degree or equivalent required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• •Experience : 2-4 years in inventory management and material handling
• •Skills: PIT experience: Joey Zero, “Electrical Ladder”, comfortable with heights, interaction with fusion access system, familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP), data entry, strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills, basic knowledge of math, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation : The expected base pay range for this role is $19.50 - $24an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
