The Position
Als Supply Chain Specialist bei Roche Diagnostics bist du gemeinsam im Team für den Bereich Materialmanagement & Procurement verantwortlich. Dein Aufgabenfeld ist abwechslungsreich und ermöglicht dir, aktiv Prozesse mitzugestalten und mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern und Lieferant:innen zusammenzuarbeiten.
Die Position ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Engpassmanagement und Logistik: Planung und Koordination von Lieferungen, Bestandsmanagement sowie Unterstützung bei der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Materialien, Ersatzteilen und Geräten.
- Fachliche Verantwortung: Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, insbesondere bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten, mit Fokus auf Lieferzeiten und Fakturierung
- Reporting und Analysen: Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen zur Prozessoptimierung und Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.
- Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation: Enge Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partner:innen
- Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung korrekter Daten im System und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Anforderungen
- Projekte / IT (SAP): Mitarbeit in SAP-Systemen (SAP P37/Hana 4.0), Koordination von IT-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systeme mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Effizienz.
- Business Tätigkeiten: Bearbeitung von APO-Planungen, tägliches Management von System Health Checks sowie Pflege und Anlage von Materialstammdaten.
Wer du bist:
Du überzeugst als innovative und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und bringst folgende Voraussetzungen mit:
- Wirtschaftlicher Studienabschluss oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Praxis im E2E Supply Management Prozess, sowie ganzheitliches E2E Prozessverständnis
- Erfahrung in Projekt- oder Change-Management von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bringst die nötige Struktur und Planungsstärke mit, um Projekte im Team erfolgreich umzusetzen und Kolleg:innen für deine Themen zu begeistern
- Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Produkten und KI sowie die Motivation, die digitale Transformation aktiv mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Deutsch & und Englischkenntnisse
- SAP und Rexis Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Es erwartet Dich ein Jahresgehalt ab €46.000 brutto Vollzeit, sowie ein leistungsorientierter Bonus und attraktive Benefits.
