  • Aufgaben:
  • Mengen- und termingerechte Disposition sowie Bestellabwicklung von Materialien und Bauteilen
  • Steuerung von Überbeständen, Fehlteilen und Materialbedarfen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Lieferplänen mit Lieferanten
  • Überwachung von Materialeingängen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Prüfung von Abrufbestätigungen und Klärung von Liefersituationen
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit durch Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Lieferantenterminen sowie Erstellung von Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Profil:
  • Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt oder Betriebswirt von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der Materialdisposition
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschafts- und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Infor LN
  • Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in der Bestell- und Terminverfolgung
  • strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
