Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verbrauchsgesteuerte Teile und Materialien termin- und mengengerecht disponieren
  • Ermitteln der nicht erfassten Bedarfe und Schätzen von Bedarfsmengen aufgrund von Systemanalysen und Erfahrungswerten
  • Lieferabrufe kontrollieren, ggf. korrigieren, neu ausstellen und mit Lieferanten verbindlich abklären
  • Beseitigen von Lieferengpässen und Überwachen der Lieferungen, ggf. Maßnahmen zur Produktionssicherung veranlassen
  • Bearbeiten von Einzelaufträgen
  • Klären von Differenzen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene 3 bis 3 1/2-jährige fachspezifische kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder der Materialwirtschaft, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Technisches Grundverständnis von Vorteil
  • MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
