Unser internationaler Kunde aus der Verteidigungsindustrie sucht Sie in Vollzeit als Materialkoordinator (m/w/d). Sie unterstützen ein renommiertes Industrieunternehmen im Westen von München in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) bei der Steuerung logistischer Prozesse, der Auftragsabwicklung sowie der Bestandsverwaltung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktion, Lager, Versand und Materialsteuerung zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Bestandsführung sowie termingerechte Abwicklung von Fertigungs- und Versandaufträgen
  • Koordination der logistischen Prozesse zwischen Lager, Produktion, Materialsteuerung, Versand und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Fehlteilen und Bestandsdifferenzen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen
  • Betreuung von Inventuren, Außenlagern und Artikeln mit begrenzter Haltbarkeit (MHD)
  • Unterstützung der Materialdisposition, KANBAN-Abwicklung sowie Beschaffungsvorgänge über SAP/SRM
  • Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung logistischer Vorgänge in SAP

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder logistischen Umfeld (z.B. Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Spedition- & Logistikdienstleistung) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute SAP-/ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in der Büroorganisation
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
