Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Wedel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Materialdisponent / Material Manager (m/w/d) Verteidigungs- und Luftfahrtindustrie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung in enger Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Fertigungssteuerung
  • Präventives Risikomanagement zur Vermeidung von Engpässen
  • Umsetzung von Strategien zur Bestandsoptimierung
  • Materialdisposition und Festlegung von Parametern wie Losgröße und Sicherheitsbeständen
  • Auslösen von Bestellungen und Lieferplänen entsprechend Bedarf und Wiederbeschaffungszeit
  • Bearbeitung von Ausnahmemeldungen und Pflege der Materialstammdaten
  • Reporting zu Beständen und dispositionsrelevanten Kennzahlen
  • Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten zu Terminen und Bestellbestätigungen
  • Überwachung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Materialeingängen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Materialdisposition oder einem verwandten Bereich im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Materialbedarfsplanung und Supply-Chain-Prozesse in der diskreten Fertigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionstools moderner ERP-Systeme (z. B. SAP ECC)
  • Fähigkeit zur Durchführung materialwirtschaftlicher Auswertungen
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse im Einkaufsrecht wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit weiteren ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
