  • Überwachung und Prüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Terminverfolgung, Abrufe erzeugen und Datenpflege in SAP
  • Informationsaustausch auf Projektebene
  • Bereitstellung von Daten zur Ermittlung der Materialverfügbarkeit.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt und anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Daten zur Präsentation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Beschaffung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den SAP Modulen und sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu Lieferanten (m/w/d) und anderen Standorten
