IHRE AUFGABEN:

Durchführung und Auswertung von Materialprüfungen

Prüfung und Bewertung funktionaler Eigenschaften wie Druckverformung, Aufsteck- und Abzugskräfte

Unterstützung bei Preisverhandlungen aus technischer Sicht

Unterstützung der Lieferanten- und Produktionsprozesse

Analyse und Entwicklung von Materialalternativen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten

Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsleistung der Lieferanten

Anwendung relevanter Qualitätsstandards und - methoden (z. B. ISO-Normen, SPC, IMDS)

IHR PROFIL:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss (z. B. Werkstoffkunde, Verfahrenstechnik, technische Chemie oder Ähnliches)

Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem der angegebenen Bereiche

Grundkenntnisse in Werkstoffen auf Polymerbasis (z. B. SBR, NBR, EPDM, Silikon)

Verständnis für Materialmischungen und Rezepturen

Erfahrung in der Materialprüfung und der Auswertung von Ergebnissen

Kenntnisse über Grundsätze, Normen und Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements (ISO, SPC,IMDS)

Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz

Kosten- und Effizienzorientierung

Fähigkeit, in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten (Produktion, Lieferanten, Entwicklung)

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1-Niveau
