  • Vorarbeiter_innen errichten Bauwerke und Bauwerksteile aus verschiedenen Baumaterialien (z.B. aus Ziegel, Naturstein, Beton oder Stahlbeton) und Fertigbauteilen im Hoch- und Tiefbau. Sie führen das Team, übernehmen Verantwortung und führen auch Reparatur-, Restaurierungs- und Umbauarbeiten an Bauwerken aus.
  • Berufliche KOMPETENZEN:
  • Ausbildung zum/zur Maurer_in
  • Arbeit mit Bauzeichnungen und -plänen
  • Bau von Fundamenten
  • Bau von Ziegelmauern
  • Betonnachbehandlung
  • Dämm- und Isolierkenntnisse
  • Feuchtigkeitsschutz
  • Qualitätssicherung im Baugewerbe
  • Schalungs- und Formenbau
  • Verlegen von Estrich
  • Teamführungsqualitäten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:
  • branchenbezogene Ausbildung und Praxis unbedingt erforderlich; Führerschein B
  • ARBEITSZEIT:
  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Rahmenarbeitszeit: Montag - Donnerstag 06:45 - 16:45, Freitag 06:45 - 13:45 alle 2 Wochen freitags frei.
  • ERREICHBARKEIT:
  • Der Dienstort ist mit den Öffis erreichbar (Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber vom Betrieb). Eine Mitfahrgelegenheit von Villach bzw. Feldkirchen ist nach Absprache möglich.
  • ENTLOHNUNG:
  • Vorarbeiter: EUR 3.722,22 / Monat
  • je nach Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten wird eine Überzahlung nach Absprache geboten
