Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Einteilung des Baustellenpersonals
  • Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Bauarbeiten vor Ort
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten und termingerechten Ausführung
  • Koordination von Material, Geräten und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorschriften
  • Abstimmung mit Bauleitung und anderen Gewerken

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe bzw. als Vorarbeiter ist Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Einteilung von Mitarbeitern
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Führerschein B ist Voraussetzung
