Die DEFEBA GmbH & Co. KG ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit über 50-jähriger Tradition mit Sitz in Schalkholz bei Heide. An unseren Produktionsstandorten in Schalkholz, Lürschau und Dägeling sind wir mit der Herstellung und Produktion von klassischen Betonfertigteilen und Sonderbauteilen wie Balkone und Treppen beschäftigt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Dägeling suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Maurer (m/w/d).

## Stellenanforderungen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Schalungen und Bewehrung für Stahlbetonkonstruktionen
  • Einbau und Verarbeitung von Beton (Verdichtung, Glätten der Oberflächen)
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Ausschalen der Bauteile mit anschließender Qualitätskontrolle mit ggf. Nachbehandlung
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Es handelt sich um eine 39 Stundenwoche (Montag-Donnerstag: 5:00-14:00 Uhr, Freitag: 5:00-12:00 Uhr).
