Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Maurermeister (w/m/d)

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Organisation und Steuerung der Bauausführung bezüglich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
  • Koordination der Baumaßnahmen entsprechend den Vorgaben der Baugenehmigung, der LBO, des BGB/der VOB, den Plänen und techn. Vorschriften wie DIN, Stand der Technik etc.
  • Überwachung und Überprüfung der Ausführung entsprechend aller Pläne und Vorschriften mit Rückfragen bei Planer, Statiker, Geologen, Lieferant & Fertigteilwerk
  • Erstellen von Bau-Zeitenplänen, Projekt- und Gewerkkalkulation mit Kostenkontrolle
  • Einhalten der Wirtschaftlichkeit, Rechnungsprüfung (Schlussrechnung, Abschlagszahlungen etc.)
  • Kontrolle, Prüfung und Abnahme aller Service-, Bau- und Dienstleistungen sowie Lieferungen
  • Übernahme der Betriebsleitertätigkeit

Anforderungen:

  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • motiviert, kundenorientiert und zuverlässig
  • Führerschein Klasse B (von Vorteil, aber kein Muss)

Wir bieten:

  • unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis (Teilzeit oder Vollzeit)
  • Baustellen im näheren Umkreis bei täglicher Rückkehr

Hinweise zur Arbeitszeit: 30-40 Stunden, je nach Vereinbarung
